Cute and convenient

The property was soo cute. Really close to a bus stop and a tram line. And not too far away from a train station. The property had everything you need for a short stay. Can cook there. The bed upstairs was nice.

The shower at a slight wrong angle leaks water everywhere and you can’t stand up in the bed room. Coz it’s a loft bed with low ceilings Apart from that nothing to complain about. Wish I could stay there longer if there was a washing machine there would be a cute place to stay in for like a month or two.

A Fun, Bijou Place To Stay. Perfect For A Weekend Trip!

Studio Tout was the perfect, quiant airbnb for my weekend stay in Paris. The kitchen was well equipped, although anyone who is short like me might need a step stool for the microwave! But we figured it out. The bed was comfy and it was a fun experience to climb a ladder to the loft, and snooze under the stars you can see from the skylight. The neighbourhood was my favourite part, it was such a calming experience walking around in the early morning to the local shops and hearing piano playing from one of the buildings near by. The transport links were also very good, buses, trams and trains alike!

This didn't put me off from the property, but the lack of bathroom door to the main living area was a bit startling. The shower is still private but if you are staying with a new partner you might want to ask them to wait outside whilst you use the other facilities. Brushing teeth whilst the other makes toast behind you was quite amusing, and it only added to this airbnbs charm.

L’emplacement est excellent, juste à côté du tram T2. Le logement est fonctionnel, équipé d’une poêle, de deux casseroles et du nécessaire de couverts. C’est un excellent choix pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Le lit n’est pas très confortable pour un long séjour. Les murs sont un peu fins entre les logements. La propreté pourrait être améliorée, notamment sur la mezzanine. Il manque le nécessaire de ménage dans l’appartement, par exemple, une petite balayette serait appréciée.

100% aligné avec la description

Studio correspondant à 100% à la description et au photo. Sympa les capsules à disposition pour l'arrivée. Système d'autochecking très bien fait qui permet de trouver le studio très facilement.

Pour moi il manque un miroir pour se voir entièrement juste avant de partir mais c'est parce que j'aime le dernier coup d'œil avant de partir.

Beaucoup trop de points négatifs !

- Obligé de télécharger l'appli WhatsApp pour suivre des vidéos nous expliquant l'entrée des lieux, vidéos que nous avons pu nous envoyer par mail (?) - Isolation inexistante entre les différents appartements avec des locataires bruyants à proximité - Pas mieux que l'hôtel Ibis que nous avions loué en 2019, dans la même ville, voire pire... car aucune intimité avec des WC ouverts à... la cuisine (!), grand nombre d'accessoires manquants dans cette cuisine (ouvre-boîtes, ouvre-bouteilles, passoire, vaisselle très "comptée" avec, par exemple, seulement 2 tasses dont une grande et une toute petite (!), etc... (pourtant le prix était plus élevé pour cet appartement par rapport à Ibis) - Chambre haut perchée avec une échelle plutôt raide... il ne faut surtout pas être malade et devoir vite aller aux toilettes ! - Bouton d'éclairage dans la cage d'escaliers inexistant en sortant de l'appartement. - Distance éloignée de la sortie du métro (2 kms) : très difficile avec des sacs chargés ! - "Le must des must" : compteur coupé un peu avant 10 heures, le matin de notre départ (seul, notre appartement a bénéficié de cette "faveur" !) : sûrement pour nous inciter à "déguerpir" au plus vite ! Une fois n'est pas coutume dans nos expéditions, nous garderons un très mauvais souvenir de ce séjour passé dans cet appartement.

Le rapport qualité prix, la propreté, fonctionnel malgré que ce soit petit.

La table d'appoint non fonctionnelle du fait que le pied était manquant (arraché). La literie qui aurait gagnée à être plus dure ainsi que les oreillers. L'échelle de meunier assez pentue.
