J’ai oublié une chemise après avoir fermée la porte de l’appartement et j’ai essayé de contacter en vain l’agence qui gère le bien mais impossible d’avoir un retour pour pouvoir recuperer ma chemise

The apartment was very spacious and gorgeous

It is very spacious and it was really clean when we arrived. The terrace is really big and has wonderful views.

-The main bed is very uncomfortable. • There is a blind missing in the bedroom. • The bottom drawer on the left-hand wardrobe is broken. • The air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly. The unit in the hall keeps flashing. It works enough for us to manage, so I didn’t make a complaint during our stay, but it definitely isn’t functioning as it should. • The sofa bed is even worse than the main bed. The mattress is extremely old and really needs replacing. • The kitchen table and the lounge table are very old and stained and would benefit from being replaced. • The two sun loungers on the terrace are completely broken, which is a shame because the terrace is such a lovely space. • The kitchen has most of the utensils we needed, but we had to ask for teaspoons and a sieve as these weren’t provided. • The hob needs attention. Only the top-right ring works properly. The bottom two keep going on and off, and the top-left ring doesn’t have a button at all to turn it on. The washing machine was broken on arrival so this was quite a frustrating experience. I reported it on our second day (Friday) and was told someone would come on Saturday, but nobody came. I was then told someone would come on Sunday, and someone did come, but when I asked if it had been fixed, I was told that another part was needed. I didn’t hear anything on Monday and had to keep chasing for an update. The washing machine was eventually fixed on Monday evening, which meant it wasn’t working until day five of our seven-day stay. I appreciate that repairs sometimes take time and that some things may be outside your control, but the lack of communication and having to repeatedly chase for updates was quite frustrating. One thing I think would also really improve the apartment would be having a couple of lightweight beach/pool chairs that guests could take down to the pool, as there aren’t any loungers by the pool.
