Great room, wouldn’t return

Room was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Host was lovely and easy to deal with.

No wifi for over 2 days. Elevators took forever to come, simply not enough functioning elevators for the size of the buildings. Mandatory valet parking was not efficient always a process to get your vehicle. Beach chairs that were provided with the room were laughable. Always booked and crammed on the beach like sardines. While the host and the room were wonderful, the building and the way it functioned were not worth the price.

Great staycation, however would stay on any floor above 11.

Room and location were as described however was hoping for an actual restaurant on the premises and the elevators broke down, which made it horrific to leave and checkout, had to bring all of our luggage down 11 flights of stairs.

The pool was nice

The carpet was not clean The oven was dirty and stopped working The dishwasher also stopped working The elevator was terrible!!!! We waited for 45 min with all our luggage the day we checked out

Super disappointed

Apartment was very beautiful

The “couch bed” was not a bed! No cleaning supplies or even a garbage bag or a sponge. Move a piece of furniture an inch and find lots of dust build up. We had to go shopping for everything including a blanket and air mattress. Needed a blanket and it took two nights to receive after significant back and forth between the building and the apartment owner. No extra linens as advertised. The elevators took 15-20 minutes wait to get on and then another 15 minutes (at least) ride up to go down to the lobby, every day, all day! and after waiting an hour for beach chairs that were all full, we gave up and asked for towels (which were available) they wouldn’t even give us towels at the beach bc the policy is you only get a towel if u get a chair. To be clear we tried to get chairs but they were not available. Terrible stay not worth the money and horrible customer service. Go somewhere else!

Spectacular stay. Definitely recommend for families.

This property so beyond amazing! The condo is so clean. It is stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and high quality sheets and comforters. My kids really took advantage of the pool, gym, and indoor basketball court. The front desk even provided the basketball for them to play as long as they wanted! We don’t want the weekend to end! The views are spectacular. This condo has view to both the bay and the ocean. Fantastic wrap around balcony. I could go on and on. Thank you to our host that went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. So incredibly happy with our stay!
