The room was beautiful and well-maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and had good space, which made the stay very pleasant.
There was no lift in the building and the rent was a bit expensive compared to the facilities provided.

The size of the room was good, plenty of storage, the staff were very nice and when I told one of the guys downstairs that the air con was dripping, he was apologetic and offered me a different room. I declined because I don't use air con and they fixed it within a couple of days. The man's very friendly and helpful. And the location is great!
The towels are white so a lot of them (although they're clean), they have dirty stains and the cleaner wasn't always proactive in providing more soap/ shampoo but that's a small complaint. The furniture's dated so the place would benefit from a refurb but then the price would probably go up... it's very good value for money.

location was close to eatery's and smaller bars , close walking distance to Banzaan market , and boxing stadium
the place was a bit run down , bed was to hard for my liking , the photos on booking.com were filtered , photos showed the place to be clean and a bit spacious, which it wasn't, the beach was a fair walking distance to the beach ,but for those looking for a place to stay short term , it would do nicely , not for a family
