The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was spotless, well-stocked with proper towels and soap. The AC worked fabulously as it was 90 degrees during our stay. It was very comfortable for sleeping.

Great location and staff very helpful.
Room was shockingly small for price paid. No place to keep clothes , had to open ironing board to lay out. Small desk with chair squeezed in corner which made bathroom access difficult from left side of bed. Toilet / sink on top of each other so standing between the 2 vey uncomfortable as legs felt cramped. And 9-11 piano bar went much later and then pounding music from morning exercise class before 9 AM.

The location and the room
The ‘up all night’ NOISE ! There was a pianist / ‘singer’ cat-er-walling and screeching in the lobby ‘late into the night’. I went to bed (WITH EAR PLUGS) AT 12:00 and had great difficulty getting to / staying (in) sleep. It was still going at 1:00 ish. Apparently this is a ‘well known’ practice (unfortunately unbeknownst to me). It’s the single reason I will NEVER stay there again !
