Not enough towels. Sofa bed was rough to sleep on

I loved that there was a washer and dryer. Having 3 kids, one which is disabled that was so handy. Plus it was stocked with enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and shampoo and conditioner.

I didn't like that there was only one handicap space and it was a bit away from the room, but it was a safe place she was perfectly fine with driving up to the room.

It had a just like home feeling. Very clean. It was excellent for someone that needed handicapped facilities.

Friendly and prompt staff. Condo was nice and clean and included everything that we needed.

Had an issue the first day the refrigerator didn't get cold. Called the property manager, and they immediately sent someone out. I was told it would be 2 days of trouble shooting, so they put our contents in coolers and had us move condos. While they were very accommodating, it was still an inconvenience to have to move in the middle of a short vacation weekend. Checking things like the refrigerator should be a routine task when prepping the condo for the next customers. At the price we paid for 3 days, this should've been checked. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Great location and nice condos. I would still highly recommend booking this property.
