value for money, location and access to the property.
we didn’t like the unfinished walkway. someone walked through the mud and then over the wooden areas.

The location was great. The apartment was nice.
That the cleaners don’t do a great job. I found toe nails on the coach. The towels should be folded and not left in the dryer, the first apartment I was in had dirty laundry on top of the washer that I washed myself. The furnace shut down due to the cold weather, and then they moved me to another suit, and the next day had me put my belongings back in the one that the furnace didn’t work, the apartment was 15° and it was -52° c outside, the next day yet again the moved me back to another apartment that I finished me stay. I understand that it wasn’t their fault the furnace quit, but it wasn’t my fault either, and I was unable to use the apartment at all. And then to have to move 3 times was a major inconvenience. And not to be offer any discounts or compensation.
