The environment, the food

Staying for 6 nights and not having the free round trip seaplane upgrade.

The staff really make this resort. From the staff in the restaurant like Naahy and the barmen, to the spa staff and the water sports staff, (not forgetting the general manager) they went out of their way to make our holiday special.

There were a couple of cleanliness issues but I flagged them up and they were dealt with (where possible).

The location is nice, the sea and the nearby corals

There were a lot of noises during my stay, i was on the overWater villa, and the next villa there was construction, and on the main beach there were some regular working machines which were very noisy. So, not the best time if you want relaxing time on the sea.
