What I liked most about the property was its cleanliness, cozy atmosphere and great location. The staff were friendly and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach the upstairs area, making it difficult to stay connected. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property would make the stay even better.

What I loved was that the establishment was close to the shopping malls and easy to navigate. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, I like the facility and it's furniture and all the aesthetics. I can definitely consider coming back provided few things I'll mention below are changed.

And I'm going to be brutally honest: I didn't appreciate the fact that the establishment is not being deep cleaned and also not properly maintained - simple things like replacing broken handles on the doors and windows go a long way. The door to the main bedroom did not close. Also the bedding was not clean or changed. My friend and I had to share one bed during our stay because the sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty to state simply. The carpets behind the beds and in the bathroom should seriously be cleaned. We also received worn out towels and some with "holes" and I made sure to show it to the host -- it's unacceptable by any standard. After speaking to the host, Itumeleng, she organized new towels & pillow cases for us the following day, thank you for that. I also didn't like the cash-on-arrival situation because it causes inconveniences to both the customer & establishment.
