Store Ringheim Apartment - Villa Hjadlane

Beds were very comfy and in a pretty location

Sehr schönes, großes Apartment. Viel Platz, Klimaanlage (haben wir gebraucht, da wir während einer Hitzewelle dort waren). Gute Dusche, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler

Es könnten ein paar Besteckteile mehr vorhanden sein für 4 Personen.

What did I like: The location of the apartment is in a suburban settings overlooking the lake and mountains. Also note, this location is also it’s downfall which I’ll explain later. Apartment What it looks like is that this used to be a 3 storey house (2 storey + 1 basement / garage) that turned into a 3 ‘apartments’ units. You enter the house and there’s another door to your apartment, I had the 2nd floor. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with big living space, dining and kitchen. The house itself is old and no where how the house was shown in those photos. Bathroom It’s clean and do have a washing machine, so it helps those needing cleaning done.

1. Getting keys. This is privately owned and you’ll have to get keys directly from the owner but it’s not very organised as you’ll have to call when you arrive. 2. Maybe it’s timing – when we arrived, the house was next to a farmland that just literally done with their manure spraying – All I can say is the smell is one thing put you off staying there. 3. The photo depicts a nice or at least well kept garden – when we arrive the garden is a weed galore as high as my chest. 4. After getting keys, I was greeted with an apartment that was not cleaned. According to the owner, someone stayed overnight and forgot to clean it. Owner did clean it after but 1st impression counts – and it’s affecting overall feeling of the place.
