The communication about our stay was excellent.
Overall it was great, but some of the fixtures and fittings were broken, and probably in need of updating.

Beautiful spot right on the river I love the garden
Large bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs definitely needs replacing. No mattress protector on pillows were terrible. Heating did not seem to work after the first day very cold The lounge was uncomfortable

Amazing location and space and proximity to park, river and transport
We had some heating issues in main bedroom. Radiator didn’t work there but a blow heater was ok for the mornings Coffee pods not supplied for coffee machine and limited kitchen cooking equipment. There was no clothes washing detergent. We also found the washing machine stopped working after 2nd wash.
