Very good to have twin beds in 4 of 6 rooms, the remaining have a double bed, which fits well for our combination of friends.

The ventilation of ground floor shower room and WC is quite bad

Nothing- all was good. Albeit I heard chickens cuckling after our first night , and not again and my fellow guests insisted they were seagulls ( I know the difference)

The house was nice and big. I like the fact that they had a big dining table where all of us were able to sit and eat together. The bathroom was nicely decorated and had well stocked toiletries. The house was very clean and tidy throughout. The smart fridge-freezer was amazing!

Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable. We had the top floor double room, it creaked whenever we moved.

Location was great, parking outside was on street but no problem. Plenty of room for us in the dining area and lounge although can't imagine how 11 people would fit in the lounge to sit down. Towels were great. Rooms were pleasant enough and generally comfortable. Once warmed up, house was heated very efficiently with plenty of hot water on demand.

Beds not great, cheap and at least one mattress had a spring sticking up. Bedding cheap, pillows dreadful and no pillow protectors. Lots of attention to detail needed to fix small things. Outside area shabby with cigarette ends, empty bottles and broken/tired furniture. No locks on any bathroom door. We think no TV licence, TV is so old it doesn't happily support live streaming and there is no freeview or any form of normal telly. Not warned about this ahead of time. Kitchen pots and pans were not clean and all frying pans need replacing.
