Emplacement pratique et très calme. Literie confortable. Cuisine aménagée et pratique. Boissons chaudes à disposition et une carafe d'eau au frigo. Petite courette aménagée.
Les bruits de pas des voisins au dessus jusqu'à 1h du matin, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte.

Très coquet et confortable. Très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la gare qui mène à Rennes en quelques minutes, ainsi que d'un petit chemin en forêt nous permettant de promener notre chien. Pas de problème pour se garer, cinéma et magasin pour les courses à pied. Un peu excentré du centre ville.
Nous i venus durant une période de canicule, il faisait chaud dans l'appartement malgré le ventilateur fourni.
