Perfect for short stay.

Unverschämte Vermieterin.

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass die Vermieterin während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals unangekündigt in unserem Apartment gewesen ist, während wir unterwegs waren. Weiters kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Kanal was das ganze Bad stinken ließ.

Wszystko na plus

Apartament położony w spokojnej dzielnicy. Czysty i wygodny. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne podczas wakacyjnych wyjazdów. Ponadto dość blisko do plaży. Plaza idealna dla dzieci, bo płytka woda. Do centrum można dojść spacerkiem. Samo miasteczko urokliwe, dużo restauracji, kawiarni.

Za nás to byl moc krásný a příjemný pobyt.

apartmán je na klidném místě, blízko pláže, vše kolem čisté, kousek obchod s potravinami a do centra krásná procházka. Velmi příjemný pan majitel, dostali jsme při odjezdu jako dárek víno. I když jsme dojeli o hodinu dříve, nebyl problém se již ubytovat. Pokud jsme potřebovali ručníky (chyběly pro děti po příjezdu), než jsme se vrátili z procházky, již byly k dispozici. Kuchyň byla vybavena pro základní potřeby si něco uvařit, k dispozici, olej, sůl, cukr. Varná konvice. Pamatovat, že není trouba, ale tak jedeme na dovolenou, ne vyvařovat:). K dispozici velký sušák na prádlo. Fén v koupelně a opravdu dobrý fén. Prostory moc krásné. Kousek pak 2 velké markety na nákup potravin. Parkování hned před apartmánem.

jediné co bych vytkla je malá lednička, takže s tím tak nějak počítat. Vychladit si nějaké nealko byl problém, pokud jsme měli nějaké potraviny (opravnu minimálně), tak se tam nějak poskládala jedna petka na šikmo a víc se tam nedostala, mražáček opravdu taky malý. Tak s tím počítat a nebrat větší množství potravin pro uskladnění do lednice. A ne že by se mi nelíbilo, ale chybí v koupelně nějaká polička, vozíček na odložení hygienických potřeb a kosmetiky.

Sauberkeit und vielleicht ein paar Ablagen im Bad! Alles musste auf dem kleinen Waschbecken stehen und das mit 4 Personen! Toilette war noch vom Vorgänger leicht braun und hinter der Tür lagen schwarze Haare! Wir sind alle Blond/ Braun ! Abfluss der Dusche musste erst mal gereinigt werden da hier überhaupt kein Wasser mehr ablief! Inhalt Syphon schwarze Haare! Hatte am ersten Abend nach der langen Fahrt, schon die Schn.... voll! Ausziehbett für die Kinder war auch defekt und konnte nur mit großer Mühe geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden! Hier waren irgendwelche Teile abgebrochen und die Metallteile total verbogen! Jeden Tag eine Herausforderung diese Kiste zu öffnen und immer schön auf die Finger aufpassen! Aber Novigrad ist eine Reise wert! Hier gebe ich 5 Sterne!

Dostępne miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji lub na podjeździe, bardzo dobry i serdeczny kontakt z obsługą, wszystko zgodnie z treścią oferty. Miła i spokojna okolica na przedmieściach, spacerem do centrum ok.20 min., na najbliższą plaże ok. kwadransa. Dobra miejscówka zarówno na stacjonarny odpoczynek jak i wypady w inne miejsca Istrii
