Barbara und Ron sind sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie regiert sehr schnell auf Fragen und Nachrichten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist groß genug ist absolut sicher. Auch das Wifi funktioniert sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft, da man alles entspannt fußläufig erreichen kann.
Leider ist der Handyempfang in der Wohnung gleich null. Aber man kann aber über W-lan telefonieren. Man muss wissen, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe eine viel befahrene Straße liegt. Es ist zwar eine 30er Zone aber zeitweisen kann es trotzdem auf der Terrasse recht laut werden, da dumme laute Poser leider keine Rücksicht nehmen.
