It is a very good location for me as I used to live close by and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is wider and very convenient for families. The owner is also very kind and tries to help us to stay comfortable in the house and provides all required extra items.

The house really has very good opportunities. But small development (i.e extra towels, Fan who will stay in summer time, hair dryer, mattress pad on the mattress, soft pillow, etc) would help a lot to avoid disturbing the owner every time and have a convenient stay for the next guests.

A great host! Very helpful and kind, also english-speaking. The neighbourhood is calm and with a few shops around. Flat is fully furnished and in a good price. Shower with hot water, cleaner than other places. We have a great memories with this place.

Positives: The house is very nice. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it's a very nice and spacious house overall. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Negatives: The house lacked basic necessities like toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc. Note: I wasn't satisfied with the taxi service the landlord offered. I called the day before I was supposed to go to the airport and asked what the price would be, and they gave me a figure in 20 Azn. When I was supposed to go, they arrived late and told me the price had changed and I would have to pay more. I didn't have much money because I was going. As a result, I was late, and they didn't pick me up. So, if you're using them as a taxi, be careful. Also, when you leave, you have to clean the house completely before leaving. As far as I understand, the cleaning fee we paid to Booking.com is not valid.
