The location (5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to great restaurants). Really spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was great having walk in closets and a separate room for the washer and dryer.
Hosts should be more up front about the parking. There is no free parking on site, very little free parking in Traverse City, and no street parking from 3-6 am ever. We got a month pass to the Hardy parking garage right behind the rental for $55, which turned out great.
