The process of checking in and leaving was very smooth. The communication was also very good. The rooms are spacious and have almost the utilities and amenities one needs. The hotel is relatively new so everything felt solid and fresh.
Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to loud construction noises exactly next to the hotel. I know that this is not in their control but there should be some sort of warning before a guest arrives, especially that this was also next to a hospital. Also some of the staff weren't helpful or ignored many basic requests like an extra towel or tissues. There was no dress code so you couldn't tell who was an employee or not.

Bed was fine
Water pressure in bathroom was very slow, geyser not working, bad smell in room and entire floor, very terrible parking arrangement as it is next to big hospital
