Clean and nice place to stay. Decor was nice, and the kids seemed to enjoy the accommodations. The pools would be great if the water was warm enough for us to use, we just came when it was cooler outside. The property did have a small indoor pool, but we didn't use it. The elliptical machine didn't work, so i had to use a treadmill. Need to have location information in a notebook with places to eat, local hole in the walls with good food, things to do nearby, etc, grocery stores near would have been helpful. Just because the internet says a place is good to eat
doesn't mean it is. Offer something other than a qr code for a vacation planner on the fridge. The fridge ice maker did work. They provided ice trays.

The location was amazingly quiet. The condo was tastefully decorated. The air conditioner was amazing because it was extremely hot and humid during our stay. The grounds keeper were very friendly. The check in and out process was excellent. The condo looks just like the pictures.
The mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable. I would suggest investing in high quality mattresses. The balcony was covered with dead bug carcasses and bugs nesting. Try washing it down at least once a month. The lawn furniture that was heavily stained and appeared to be unclean. When I entered the property the first thing I noticed was the screen door had fallen onto the lawn on the balcony because screen door didn’t fit the door frame. I called to report it with no immediate response. The cleaning company did a terrible job of cleaning the oodles of noodles off the counter. The refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned. My mother found the previous renters sock under the bed in the first bedroom. The kitchen floor hadn’t been mopped. There was food crumbs on the arm chair. The internet user name and password never worked. There was a long strand of dark hair on the towels in the bathroom. I also found a small piece of used soap in the tub. The television service was awful. Please provide better cable service for when guest to watch.
