It was fine for 2 nights, however not the most comfortable one

It wasn’t really clean. You can hear a lot of noises from the neighbors, specially upstairs. In addition, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable ones. There is also a light outside the room which is quite annoying.

Good enough for a night or two but think there are cleaner more comfortable options

Hist was responsive and very helpful with accessing property earlier than check in time. Location was very good. Walkable to lots of restaurants and cafes. Felt very safe. Very spacious apartment.

The apartment was very dusty and had quite a musky smell. There were lots of fruit flies in the kitchen and when we went to use some saucepans we found they had been put in the cupboard filled with water for who knows how long. The shower had hot water but it only lasted a minute or 2 meaning only one of us could guarantee a hot shower. The bed wasnt very comfortable. Unfortunately I think there would be hotels for a similar price which are more clean and comfortable.

Comfortable Condesa apartment in a great location!

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host communicated instructions to enter the property well, and kept us informed when a minor water outage occurred in the neighborhood (typical of CDMX). Though we did not use the kitchen much, utensils, appliances, and cookware were provided for meals in the apartment. Though there was no air conditioning, the apartment was comfortable even during the warmest part of the day.

The beds and couch could have been more comfortable, but for the value they were more than enough for us.

Great place to stay in Condesa

Everything - responsive owner on messages - flat is super located - very very quiet at night - hot water and good pressure Apartment is very tastefully decorated with lots of nice lighting - that's very rare in Mexico! Good kitchen with fridge and ice box Bed was comfy and not hard Location is great to explore Condesa & Roma Norte by foot - metro only 10 minutes away if you want to go further

It was a little chilly in the evening - there is no Central heating and I couldn't see any extra heat source (altho the owner may be happy to supply something - I didn't ask) - something you may want to consider if you are coming at a colder time of year

Great find in an easy-going neighborhood.

The location was very good, close to many places at walking distance. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Also, the host was very attentive and gave us exact indications. The decor was a nice touch as well.

Estancia perfecta para hacer turismo en la CDMX

Un mini depa muy bonito por dentro, remodelado, con excelente ubicación, se puede caminar libremente por la colonia y puedes dejar tu vehículo afuera en la calle todo el día/noche sin problema. Sirve para llegar a dormir si vas en plan de estar en la calle todo el día. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, se porto muy amable.

Contemplar que el colchón y las almohadas son demasiado duras (no descansamos bien ), no hay señal telefónica adentro del depa, el wifi no funciono bien, el edificio es muy antiguo.
