Appartement parfait, très propre et adapté à une famille de 4 personnes. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires même des jeux de plage et piscine pour les enfants ! Super pratique avec le garage en sous-sol et tout près de la plage à pied. Nataliya et son mari ont été très accueillants à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons !

Rien tout était parfait !

There were three of us, and we were incredibly pleased with our experience with this accommodation. The host met us personally, showed us everything, and was always in touch. The apartment has everything you need for living, even things like shower gel. Convenient parking, quick access to the beach. The apartment is not facing the sunny side for most of the day - this is ideal, very comfortable, and not hot, you can dine on the terrace. At the same time, a wonderful view of the city. Thank you for the clean, beautiful, and cozy apartment! Everything was very comfortable!

Everything was so good that there was nothing to complain about.

ARRIVAL: The host Nataliya came within 5minutes of our arrival to provide Key and gave a very comprehensive showing of the apartment - she explained everything in detail, showed all the facilities and did not rush. OVERVIEW: Apartment is quite spacious and sleeps family of 6 if needed (master Queen bed + living area fold-down Double bed + living area Sofa Double bed. Master bedroom is appealing w/very large sliding wardrobe. Bathroom is spacious & includes a bath. Living area has large sofa & wide TV & plenty of storage cabinets. Dining area has dining table & 6 chairs. Kitchen situated behind a large island table and includes all necessary cooking appliances, crockery/tableware & utensils > it is the very best equipped kitchen that we have experienced in apartment rentals over the years :) Fantastic outdoor balcony w/table & 5/6 relax chairs is connected to both the living area and master bedroom. Small outdoor laundry hanging rack area is very useful (clothing dries fast in the high floor air). CLEANLINESS: Nataliya keeps apartment in real good condition... very clean kitchen, bathroom, etc.; all in working order. FACILITIES: Swimming pool is decent size w/deep end & sun chairs w/parasols; secure underground carpark; reception desk ADDITIONAL: Nataliya kindly provides many extras to help guests get settled in, e.g. coffee pods for Nescafe machine, tea bags, laundry detergent, cooking oil, oils+sauces+condiments, rubbish bags, bathroom essentials, beach towels! LOCATION: Superb ! Only 5-7 mins walk to beach Praia do Amado + 3 other connected beaches (Praia do Careanos & Praia do Vau to the right while Praia dos Tres Castellos & Praia do Rocha are to the left); 3 min walk to small supermarket, 3 min drive to large supermarket Aldi & Continente; 10 min drive to Alvor town/beach; Essentially you can walk to anywhere in Portimao within 15-20 mins !

Not much ! It was early June so building was not very occupied. Surrounding area is dusty with a few construction sites but no issue.

We loved the experience! The apartment's cleanliness was impeccable, and the host was above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. We will definitely come back soon.
