I stayed at a stunning villa in Pattaya – a new, modern property built just two years ago. Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely well maintained.
The private pool was amazing — spotless and ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The cleanliness throughout the entire villa was exceptional, with great attention to detail.
Our host, Perry, was outstanding. Friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy and smooth from start to finish.
We also really appreciated the late check-out. Since the villa was available and there were no guests arriving the next day, Perry kindly allowed us to stay longer without any problem — a gesture that made our trip even more comfortable.
I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a premium stay in Pattaya. We will definitely return!

The property is fantastic.
Spacious, luxury decor in every aspect. We stayed for 2 nights with family members including children and all loved it.
Hosts are welcoming and will do anything to help you during your stay.
