L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla piazza principale di Osimo, ma allo stesso tempo è in una zona tranquilla del centro storico. E' ideale per viaggiare in famiglia: ha 2 comode camere da letto, bagno finestrato con lavatrice e cucina ben attrezzata. È funzionale e provvisto dei giusti spazi per riporre e appendere le proprie cose. Inoltre l'host è gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito degli ottimi consigli sulle spiagge e le città d'arte da visitare nelle Marche.
L'unica pecca è il parcheggio. Il comune di Osimo mette a disposizione un multiparcheggio aperto h24 con un impianto di risalita per accedere al centro storico, che invece non è sempre aperto. Consiglio di verificare gli orari dell'impianto di risalita per non rischiare di dover fare il tragito a piedi.
