Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wokoło sklepy, piekarnie i restauracje Również do stacji metra 5 min. Cicho i bezpiecznie. Dzięki jasnej instrukcji proste wejscie do budynku i apartamentu. Czystość zadawalająca.
Zatkane odpływy w umywalce i pod prysznicem. Słabo odbierajaca kanały TV. ( Niedostatevzny sygnał - pixeloza i zaniki obrazu ) Oszczędnie wyposażona kuchnia

Apartament zmieniany 2 razy na inny z powodu tzw. "Problemu technicznego".. Ten, który dostaliśmy dużo niższy komfort - stary blok, stara klatka, kanapa poplamiona, pod prysznicem zapach szamba. Dostaliśmy zwrot 120 zł, ale niesmak pozostał. Ogólnie trzeba uważać co i od kogo się wynajmuje.
