Location is great. Nearest beach is 10-15 minutes walking distance, by car 3 minutes. Plenty of parking at the property and at the beach. The house is big, and spacious. The house has everything you need to live comfortably, except A/C. The rooms are also big, and the view is astounding.

The mattresses were awful. The owner should really buy new ones, the current ones are extremely outdated. The sofa bed was much more comfortable. Also, no A/C and the house does get very hot on peak days. The owner was helpful il the whole time we stayed, but then communicated a list of things we have to do before we check out literally 2-3 hours before we did check out. Of course we did not have time to do things as they requested, so they wanted to charge us 100 EUR. Quite shameful. Make sure you communicate with the owner on what needs to be done before you leave, way in advance.
