When booking via Booking.com, everything initially looked clear and standard. However, shortly after booking I began receiving direct emails from the property with a long list of additional terms and conditions that were never shown during the booking process. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the property does not provide toilet paper, towels, or even bedding. I have never seen anything like this – having to travel with your own bedding is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. The host was not helpful or supportive at all, simply pointing to the long list of terms and conditions they sent after the booking was confirmed. On top of that, they even charge extra for basic utilities such as water and electricity – unbelievable. This could have been a good place, but the experience was completely spoiled fby the way the host runs
