The apartment was very comfortable, renovated, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and cozy, with small details like salt and spices available, which was very convenient. There was also a small courtyard, and bed linen and towels were included in the price. The absolute highlight of this apartment is the stunning terrace with a spectacular view of Palermo - we spent most of our time there, enjoying the atmosphere, talking, and relaxing. It truly made our stay unforgettable, and we didn’t even want to leave. Overall, it was a very comfortable, stylish, and welcoming apartment where we felt great.

The WiFi connection didn't work well, and the access to the apartment is quite challenging. The road is narrow and steep, and after parking outside you need to walk up a steep slope of about 15 meters. For active travelers or groups of friends this is fine, but for families with small children or elderly people it may be uncomfortable.

Le pareti sono piuttosto trascurate,la pulizia delle pentole della cucina da rivedere e molto mobili piuttosto malandati. La porta della doccia rotta sostituita da una tenda non troppo funzionale. Avendo effettuato il check-in molto tardi al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato la casa a dir poco gelida. Non essendoci il riscaldamento ma solo una stufa a pellet in soggiorno che dovrebbe scaldare tutta la casa (e per cui all'interno della stessa non si trovano istruzioni per l'uso),il mattino seguente abbiamo chiesto una stufetta extra per rendere la camera vivibile. La proprietaria non ha mai risposto al telefono e ci ha mandato a dire da un suo collaboratore che era disposta a rimborsarci le 2 notti ancora da trascorrere piuttosto che venirci incontro sulla nostra richiesta. Non volendo cambiare, ci siamo dovuti accontentare e abbiamo dovuto chiedere un secondo sacchetto di pellet (che non era a disposizione)che ci è stato portato il pomeriggio pur avendolo chiesto la mattina. Siamo stati al freddo per più di 48 h.

Also wir ankamen war leider weder Spülmittel noch Seife vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren teilweise sehr durchgelegen. In dem kleineren Zimmer war leider jede Nacht der Nachbarshund zu hören, da er bellte und draußen war. Leicht abgewohnte Optik in den Zimmern. Keine Klimaanlage im kleinen Zimmer, sondern nur ein Ventilator. Wlan leider auch eher schlecht.
