Wonderful - love at first sight!

Perfect view, perfect location and outstanding care of Host and Staff what makes our stay convenient. Thank you Gillian :-)

Low water pressure in bathrooms (however this issue from what we know affects generally Cape Town in summertime), not efficient air condition in living room (probably needs refill) and lack of AC in bedrooms (fans helps but just a bit).

Nice view but we will not book that apartment again.

Nice view from the bedroom with seaview. Spacious apartment. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms.

No show from the manager who does the check-in. We were lucky that we saw the cleaning lady from outside the gated area. And that after you have to tell before exactly when you will arrive, so the manager can arrange to be there. And again no show from the manager at the checkout. He let us wait for 45 minutes to tell us then he is not coming. Very old and dirty outdoor furniture.

Very comfortable appartment with stunning views

location was good although further from beach front than anticipated , however views were stunning and beds were super comfy and was easy to get ubers to the beachfront

despite requesting a 3pm check in we had to wait over 20 mins for the person to arrive , also some electrics were not working on check in although rectified within the hr , the apology bottle of wine was gratefully received

Had a great stay here , very comfortable beds especially and linen was excellent. Good quality appliances, crockery etc

Location and the sea views

No plastic slip mat in the shower tray . I slipped and hurt my self . Did ask for a mat but miscommunication thought I meant a mat to step outside the shower . The shower is very small and slopes and can be quite slippy .

Great layout and space, good view over the bay as well as to Table Mountain. Good facilities at the apartment. Good cafe/restaurants within walking distance.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

- Schönes Apartment mit großzügiger Ausstattung und schönem Balkon mit Meerblick - Waschmöglichkeit gegeben. Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, großer Fernseher, usw....alles da - Schlüsselübergabe problemlos - "Willy" hat uns alles ausgiebig erklärt und mit dem Uber sehr geholfen - Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es ca. 1km. Zum Laufen braucht man 15min, wenn man wie wir kein Uber hat (war die Erkenntnis, dass es in Südafrika ohne Mietwagen nur mit Uber geht)

- Zweites Bad etwas klein - Bin noch etwas im Clinch mit dem Veranstalter oder booking.com. Im ursprünglichen Angebot war eine kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen enthalten. Der Vermieter meint das Angebot käme von booking.com und die verweisen auf den Vermieter. Trotz mehrfachem Schriftverkehr (den ich nach der Rückkehr fortsetzen werde) hat uns schlussendlich natürlich keiner am Flughafen abgeholt. Jetzt steht in den Angeboten gebührenpflichtiger shuttle Service

Die super Ausstattung, was Möbel und Geräte (alles Bosch(!!!), suuuper) anging. Die Lage ist gut,sodass man vieles laufen kann. Zwei Bäder sind ebenfalls topp! Einrichtung absolut geschmackvoll und einladend, auch Zeit in der Wohnung zu verbringen.

Die Klimaanlage ist NUR im Wohnzimmer, d.h., wenn es richtig heiß ist, erreicht sie die Schlafzimmer leider nicht. Davon geht man allerdings aus, wenn man eine Unterkunft mit AirCon wählt.
