Its a great location, good parking. Three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is on a busy road so you do get some traffic noise. Need placemats, coasters and oven gloves as we cooked and ate in both nights. Bedside lights in downstairs bedroom didn’t work, bulbs loose so didn’t want to fiddle.

Lovely cottage which looks like it has recently been refurbished. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived including nice touches such as a small selection of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.
Being close to the road there was some road noise during the day but it died down during the evening and didn’t disturb our sleep.

The size, cleanliness, comfort, facilities and the location
The only issue was I couldn't turn the radiator off in the bedroom I was sleeping in, and it was uncomfortably warm. I did try and do it a number of times but that one particular radiator kept coming g on.

Great central location with off street parking a must for Spalding. Three good sized bedrooms, teenage girls loved the big upstairs rooms (one each) Once we got the heating sorted - nice and warm.
The en-suite could do with more shelving and the downstair bedroom could do with a heated towel rail. 2 keys would have been handy second cloths dry would be handy, 2 adults plus 2 teenage girls = lots of washing!
