Comfort, WiFi, location, parking, all appliances available.
No separate sheets for all 5 people, we only had 5 bed sheets. Also only one roll of toilet paper, not enough.

It was at the perimeter of the old town and is still a convenient 20 mins walk into town.There's a small neighbourhood Sigma mall nearby as well as a Wei Ramen restaurant that we love.
The apartment is very new and clean but if during the peak of summer might get a bit hot since there is only one air conditioner in the living room.For us, in June it was just nice not cold and not hot.
The free parking lot inside the inner courtyard was super convenient for us since we drive.However,Zen apartment is a walkup apartment,there is no lift so it might not be good for people with mobility issue.

Location and cleanliness
The basement apartment is dark and very humid, so we couldn't rest because it was very hot because of the humidity. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees. There is a dehumidifier in the apartment, but we couldn't sleep with it on because it makes noise.
