Our only issue was the shower in the bathroom — it didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom floor when taking a shower. We tried to clean it ourselves and it worked for a day - had to clean it every day. I reported it and was told to pour boiling water in the drain. We didn’t do that.
That was the only issue and I hope that you take care of that before the next renters.
