Location was fantastic. Apartment was airy, comfortable and well equipped. Instructions for access and house manual were clear and helpful
The cleaning wasn’t great and not having power sockets beside bed was annoying.

It was a great location. Easy walk to surrounding cafes & restaurants and close to public transport. The apartment was clean & had everything we needed. The beds were also comfortable.
There was a ringing sound coming from behind a door in the building. It sounded like an alarm and it was constant. 24 hrs a day for our entire stay and could be heard from the bedroom. I did email to tell them about the issue and am yet to receive a reply.

The location, easy reach to Central station, shops etc. The size and layout of the apartment is comfy. Provision for start-up are considerate.
Hobs are rusty. One hob is faulty. The dishwasher is faulty. The sink is badly designed. The vacuum and broom too dirty to be of use. The mattress is concave.
