Location and I have stayed here before.
No window to see what the pool looks like before deciding to use it.

The gentleman who checked me in was one of the best check-in experiences I've had! Very informative and enthusiastic. Bed was large and comfy, so too was the suite space, and bathroom was nice as well.
Breakfast options were not overpriced and I had room service which was also good.
Small issue with breakfast where an egg was not well done despite the initial instruction, and some water bottles that took forever to arrive.
Other than that, was a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, very comfortable, very friendly staff. There is even people down in the lobby who will help you bring your bags up to the room :)

The towels were old and hard and only 2 per room. This is a fail. Why cheap out on towels. The A/C unit was howling in room 821. A part of the curtain on widow was not on the ring. Security with their walkie talkies woke me up in the hallway. Not a good night sleep.
