Charmant appartement rénové au cœur du Vieil Antibes

La position près de la mer, la hôtesse très aimable

L’intérieur, la banque vétuste (impossible de s’y mettre), certains appareils, le matelas un peu usé

L’appartement est super bien situé au cœur du charmant quartier du safranier -viel Antibes pittoresque-tout y accessible à pied ( musées, plages, hall, commerces… )même la gare routière à moins de 20 minutes à pied, ça se fait très bien si on est pas trop chargé 😅. Laura est très accueillante et réactive si besoin est. J’ai trouvé l’appartement fonctionnel propre et cosy même si quelques équipements seraient à revoir ( pas de première main … ) l’ensemble reste très honorable. Par contre le lave linges, le lave vaisselles, les plaques, le micro ondes, la clim’ sont nickels 👌 .

Le seul bémol est le second couchage qui n’en est pas réellement un . Le clic clac est très inconfortable déjà en canapé mais impossible d’y dormir convenablement lorsqu’il est déplié. Et encore j’étais seule je n’ose pas imaginer un couple … le lit double de la chambre que j’ai laissé à mes enfants était très confortable par contre.

No parking and the nearest was Port Vauban at euro 40,00-euro 45,00 per day. Next time I go I'm going to take a motorcycle !!!!!

The location of the apartment was very good ,near to the beach and the old town. The wifi was very good. The air conditioning was good.

Basically the apartment was filthy, kitchen did not have a full set of pans,the frying pan was unusable,handle was dropping off and was filthy.very old.Chopping board was so scratched I wouldn't use it.There was a nest of tables ,so incredibly dirty,one without any glass in.broken cup,no handle.broken glass,washing in the machine that was not ours.Shower curtain was mouldy.The lady replaced the pan and chopping board as I demanded this.This is a self catering apartment for 4 people..only 2 cups,3 chairs, dirty extra bedding. Be aware that the photos do not show the state of the apartment. It needs proper management. I would never recommend it,expensive for the state of it..
