Pokój mały, czysty. Pościel i ręczniki czyste. Naczynia, nieliczne sztućce.
Sam kompleks swoje lata świetności ma już za sobą. Korytarze i dojście do windy tzw wiecznym remoncie. Kawa herbata Raczej nie do spożycia, cukier zabrudzony. Brak płynu do naczyń,

Lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy Zalewie Zegrzyńskim. W pobliżu nad wodą dobra gastronomia (jadło, napitki) i miejsca do spędzania czasu nad wodą. Bezpośrednia bliskość Yacht Clubu Polska. Cicho - zasadniczo tylko odgłosy przyrody (nie wiem jak od strony zalewu - ruch żeglugowy głównie motorowy).
Dwa dni z trzech nie było ciepłej wody rano (tylko letnia). Przez całą niedzielę aż do poniedziałku 10-ej rano (wyjazd) z powodu jakiegoś zalania nie było prądu w pokoju - żadnego serwisu nie było, a na portierni nie potrafiono udzielić żadnej informacji nt. tego, kiedy prąd zostanie przywrócony i kiedy jakiś serwisant przyjedzie.
