Le Petit Ménestrel: a brand new mountain chalet for 2-4 people, located on the south-facing slopes of Gérardmer, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area, with views of the Xonrupt valley and ski slopes. The chalet offers 42 m² of living space, comprising a 27 m² ground floor and a 15 m² upper floor (attic space).
Shops are 500 m away (Intermarché, Super U, bakery, Intersport, Thiriet, etc.), the town center is 1.5 km away, the ski slopes are 2.5 km away, the lake is 1.8 km away, and the forest is 200 m away. - Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, large frost-free fridge-freezer, electric kettle, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, raclette set, and various small appliances...), living room with a sofa bed (real mattress) and large-screen TV.
Bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, and storage. Electric towel warmer. Hair dryer.
- Upstairs: one 160 x 200 cm bed, one 90 x 190 cm bed, and one 80 x 190 cm pull-out bed, chest of drawers, and storage. Attic space (15 m² floor area - lowest point 70 cm, highest point 160 cm).
- Outside: 10 m² terrace with table and benches, BBQ, lockable shed for skis and bicycles, two parking spaces, and a garden. Pergola.
Linens are provided free of charge and beds are made upon arrival.
Towels and cleaning services are optional.
Utilities not included: 8 kWh included, additional usage charged at €0.20 per kWh.
Baby equipment available upon request free of charge: travel cot and high chair.
