Close to the beach. Modern. Fully equipped!
This beautiful and modern vacation apartment for 2 people (non-smoking) is centrally located in downtown Westerland. You couldn’t live much closer to the beach and, at the same time, to the pedestrian zone with its boutiques, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and bars! It’s about 40 meters to Friedrichstraße and only about 100 meters to the beach access and the beach promenade. The Sylter Welle water park and the Syltness Center—where you can book a variety of health and wellness treatments—are also just a short walk away, right across the street.
The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all practical amenities. The front door opens directly into the combined living room and bedroom and the semi-open kitchen. From there, you can access the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped: In addition to a 2-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a Philips Senseo machine, and a kettle, it offers even more conveniences.
The living and sleeping area consists of a living room with a sofa, a dining table with two comfortable chairs, and a large refrigerator. There is also a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, an iPhone and iPod connector, and a free Wi-Fi hotspot.
The separate sleeping area, featuring a modern box-spring bed (180x200 cm), two bedside tables with lights, and a spacious closet with a small coat rack, is perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep.
The living room opens onto the west-facing balcony. With its table, two chairs, and beach chair, it invites you to linger. A delicious breakfast with aromatic coffee and fresh rolls… a little snack in between meals with a delicious slice of cake or perhaps something hearty like one of Sylt’s legendary fish sandwiches… a relaxed dinner for two… Here, the possibilities are endless!
The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen. It features a bathtub—perfect for a relaxing soak—with an integrated shower, as well as a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
In the basement of the house, which is easily accessible by elevator, there is a washing machine and a dryer. These can be used for a fee.
Paid parking is available directly in front of the house. You’ll find a storage area for your bicycles in the backyard of the house.
