This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (first floor, step-free access, approx. 43 m²) in the building at Käpt’n-Christiansen 30 offers plenty of space and comfort. The bright, inviting apartment features a spacious living room furnished with a cozy seating area, an adjoining dining area, and a well-equipped built-in kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster). The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower and a separate bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00-meter double bed. A third sleeping option is provided by the large, new, high-quality, and easy-to-set-up sleeper sofa in the living area (€10 surcharge per day for a third person). Old and new are tastefully combined here: While the antique cabinet houses the large flat-screen TV with Netflix, the garden cushions, and the bedding for the third person, the floor is entirely covered with designer flooring. Wi-Fi and a radio offer additional ways to connect to the world of media.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious, sheltered, south-facing balcony, which, with its balcony furniture, invites you to relax and unwind. It’s a wonderful place to spend time, whether the sun is shining or it’s raining.
A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the shared basement, which also features a drying room. Parking spaces in front of and behind the building are available free of charge to residents. Bicycle storage is available in the basement and behind the building.
