About this apartment rental
Your vacation home is now open for you and has been completely renovated with our future guests in mind.
Located in the heart of town, in a quiet setting, is our detached single-family home, where the vacation rental is situated on the first floor. It offers a peaceful and cozy atmosphere for rest and relaxation.
Two on-site parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The garage can also be used to store bicycles or even several motorcycles.
If needed, you can shop for groceries and other household items at a small discount store in Kottenheim. In a neighboring town, a large supermarket also carries many products suitable for those with gluten and/or lactose intolerances.
In a nearby town, there is also a hospital for emergencies, as well as private practice doctors specializing in various fields.

5-Bed Holiday Apartment with Shower/Toilet, 2 Bedrooms:
Our cozy holiday apartment is located in Kottenheim, in a quiet spot right in the center of town. It measures approximately 90 square meters and is on the first floor of the building. The apartment has been renovated, is fully furnished, and features a large loggia overlooking the surrounding gardens.
Thanks to the exceptional open-concept layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas—along with the loft above the living room—the apartment feels very spacious and cozy, offering a unique living experience.
The living area opens onto a loggia through a large sliding glass door.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a living/sleeping area on the loft.
With a breathtaking view of the starry night sky, this area also has its own unique charm. The bed there measures 1.40 x 2.00 meters and can accommodate 1–2 people.
In addition to the living area, there is also a separate bedroom with four single beds.
Two single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. A TV is also available here.
To make your vacation in the vacation rental as pleasant as possible, even with one or more children (infants/toddlers), you can use the provided furniture for little guests.
This includes a bottle warmer and bibs in various sizes.
A combination high chair (for infants/toddlers up to approx. 3 years old) that can also be converted, for example, into a flexible unit with a table and chair.
Two mobile, height-adjustable cribs with matching bedding and crib bumpers (for infants/toddlers up to about 3 years old), which can also be used as a playpen.
A heating pad for infants and a hot water bottle for toddlers.
We also have a changing pad and a baby bathtub for infants, complete with washcloths and towels. For toddlers, we have various aids (a small step stool, a potty, and a toilet seat adapter) to make using the bathroom facilities easier.
Additionally, you can set up a safety gate around the spiral staircase if needed.
For older children, a single bed is available if needed.
The vacation rental also features a spacious, well-equipped bathroom.
For your safety, the vacation rental is equipped with three smoke detectors, two fire extinguishers, a fire blanket, and a first-aid kit.
Bringing and keeping pets is prohibited in the vacation rental and on the property.
On-site costs: Prices include final cleaning and the provision of bed linens and towels. Please note: Check-in is possible on Saturdays, but check-out is not.Pets are not allowed in the vacation rental or on the property.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
