The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and equipped with a double bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Porto is a fascinating city in northern Portugal with many good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets—many monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast, allowing you to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 5-minute walk.
Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
Please note that there are stairs after entering the apartment, which may be inconvenient for people with large luggage or those with reduced mobility.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Perfect location, close to everything. Place was clean and spacious. Communication with rental agency was excellent. We loved hanging on the deck after a long day out. The only downside was that at night it can be a little noisy to sleep with the windows open and there are no screens on the windows or French doors to keep the mosquitos out.

The Apt was clean and perfectly located near the river walk area. Since there was no AC the industrial sized fans were very much appreciated and helpful at night. We felt safe and comfortable walking to and from the apartment and very much appreciated the double locked entry.

This apartment is superbly located in the heart of Porto and approximately 2 minutes walk from the Rio Duoro waterfront in the vibrant Ribeira district, as well as being close to the Barredo. The location is also perfectly placed to allow a less than 15 minute stroll along the riverbank and across the lower level of Ponte Dom Luis I into Vila Nova de Gaia for access to the spectrum of internationally-renowned port wine lodges, as well as to the riverfront cafés, bars, and restaurants with views back across to Porto. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with an excellent balcony overlooking the Praça do Infante Dom Henrique and across the Rio Duoro to the port wine lodges of Vila Nova de Gaia. With a little bit more care and attention, as well as some additional provisions (e.g. a coffee maker and more crockery), this has the potential to be an excellent residence. It should also be noted that the apartment has no air conditioning meaning that in particularly warm periods opening the windows and doors does mean that there is appreciable noise due to the apartment’s central location.
