About this house rental
Unique property designed by a well known Puerto Rican architect, on 1 acre of land, 4-5 minutes walking distance from Buye Beach, famous for its crystalline waters and its white sand shores. Enjoy a lovely private swimming pool(47 feet long by 15 wide) and a small basketball court on the premises. We have electric generator that begins to fuction as soon as it detects a power failure.
There are 3 individual Houses which are rented together to just one family or group of friends (Each house for 4 people only) If there are more than 8 people and you use all three houses you pay $200.00 extra per night (no more than 12 people are accepted) a total of $700.00 per night for all 12 guest. Therefore, you will have total use of the property which was especially designed for the tropics. The architect planned all three houses to have sea breezes circulating freely, releasing heat and causing serenity and tranquility. In addition, the owner, an artist, has filled the houses with his own and others' beautiful works of art. Each house has three levels. On the first level there is an open, spacious terrace. Inside is a living room, a kitchen with all appliances, a 1/2 bathroom, and access to the backyard garden with trees, ornamental plants, and a BBQ area. On the second level, the area is divided into two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom in the First House has a king-size bed, bathrooms, closets, and access to wooden decks. Ascending to the third level takes you to smaller decks with impressive views of the sea, mangroves, rolling hills, and marvelous sunsets.
Delight in walking to nearby Punta Guaniquilla's "hiking trails," where you are close to the ocean and can enjoy birdwatching.

The Place was more than expected. Our experience was awesome. The host was Great and very welcoming and friendly. The Privacy was top notch. Everyone was very friendly. Rafi who takes care of the property on a Daily basis was the Best of all . He knows his way around every where. He knows where to go to have a great time. He pointed out restaurants, places and how to get there and the best time to go. Great Human being. We definitely are coming back.

The three houses were perfect for our three generations ranging in age from 14-66. The houses had everything we needed & more. We felt safe & secure the entire trip with gated road & driveway. Air conditioning worked well in the sleeping areas each night. I call them sleeping areas because not all are technically rooms. In two of the houses there are rooms that have two separate sleeping areas but no doors to close for privacy which might prove tricky for some families/groups. Pool was clean & refreshing. The walk to & from the pool is up/down the very steep driveway (no stairs). The design of the windows was great for cross breezes all day & night. The birds start chirping at 3am so I’d recommend bringing ear plugs. The views from the balcony in each house is amazing. Playa Buye is a short 5 minute walk and is beautiful. It is however a VERY popular beach. On Saturday & Sunday there are hundreds of cars up and down the road and we didn’t even attempt to find a spot at the beach as it’s already a somewhat narrow sand area. The beach also seems to have no closing time & one night we could hear extremely loud music until after 1am. The property is equipped with a generator which was greatly appreciated as the power went out around dinner time a few nights. Overall we had a fantastic stay & the things that were not so ideal like loud noises and traffic are completely out of the homeowners control.

Its 3 big separate house on one compound, 6min walk to the beach with an amazing pool and oceanviews. Ms.Carmen was an amazing host helping with check in and giving wonderful advice on the area. We encountered a hurricane and blackout which did not derail our trip as the grounds keeper Raphy was very tentive and kept the power on with a generator. The memories shared here will be cherised for a lifetime. We highly recommend this house for a fMily vacation.
