All TVs are setup in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.

Bathroom includes a full shower. It is stocked with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are stocked. The dining area has a table that will accommodate 4 with 2 chairs and bench.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter supply of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

You`ll have access to a two-car garage during your stay!

Guests have access to all rooms of the house including the basement for washer & dryer and the garage.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in central Appleton. It is only a 4 minute drive to downtown Appleton for shopping and entertainment!

The neighborhood is easily walkable. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street (must register overnight with City of Appleton). Both Uber, Lyft and local taxi services are available for getting around also.

Our home is the only Airbnb on the block, please be respectful of our neighbors as they have been living in their homes for many years!

- $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys or garage door openers.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 4 guests allowed in the home.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using front porch & back deck spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
