Car unnecessary for walking to the Aiken Golf Course at the end of the street, and optional for downtown shopping, dining, & seasonal farmer's market and live music! Hitchcock Woods is 0.5 miles from your front door.

The two residences in the townhouse are separated by a shared living room wall. Please observe quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am & general neighborly courtesy.

Me and a friend were in town for a golf tournament. Could not have been a cleaner property. Everything was in its place and very well appointed. Kendra was great to deal with and I would highly recommend this property for rental. I will absolutely be coming back to stay here whenever I’m in Aiken.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights while we investigated Aiken. What a charming town! Our property was in a wonderful location and one of our best experiences with VRBO’s. Very clean and well thought out amenities. Highly recommend!
