The Alte Strandstraße vacation home features two beautiful apartments and is situated in a great location about 1,000 meters from the beach. We welcome you to our Alte Strandstraße vacation farm in Zinnowitz on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Our family-friendly vacation farm features two separate vacation apartments. A large garden invites you to relax, soak up the sun, or play with the kids. A swing and a soccer goal are available for your use. Seating and a grill are, of course, provided in the garden. A trampoline for children and a handcart are also available. A parking space is available free of charge. You can safely store your bicycles here.
Welcome to our beautiful “Land-Ambiente Zinnowitz 2” vacation apartment. This cozy, well-furnished apartment is approximately 50 square meters in size and spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a seating area and a corner bench, a modern flat-screen TV, and a pull-out bunk bed for your children. The upper floor features a double bed and the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You’re welcome to book bed linens and towels as well. Both of our vacation apartments are located about 1 km from the main beach in Zinnowitz. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the vacation rental. Our property is located directly at the railroad crossing with a gate for the Usedomer Bäderbahn. It’s very conveniently located for those arriving by train; the train station is just a 2-minute walk away. The Achterwasser—a lagoon formed by the Peene River as it flows into the Baltic Sea—is 1.5 km away. Here you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of recreational activities in addition to sunbathing. Zinnowitz itself is a very beautiful town, featuring a spacious promenade, the pier at the main beach, and architecture typical of a seaside resort.
