Come and enjoy this little piece of paradise located in the heart of Chute St. Phillipe on Lac Rochon. 300 foot long waterfront with brand new private dock and sandy shallow area for the kids to enjoy swimming and playing. The cottage provides guests with wonderful water view and sunsets while the trees provide you with great privacy. Newly renovated 3rd floor with movie room and powder room. Enjoy all the snow mobile and 4 wheeling trails that can be accessed within minutes from the home for you fall and winter adventures. Camera directed to main entrance areas for safety purpose

A wonderful place to stay with a family.The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.The water in the lake was crystal clear, warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed the provided kayaks. There is no beach, but there is a shallow sandy area suitable for kids.
