INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The layout is practical and well-organised, making this holiday apartment in Pittulongu suitable even for longer stays. The living room features a LED TV and air conditioning, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and complete cookware set. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available seasonally from 1 May to 31 October.

Sea Shell 16 is located in the tourist area of Olbia, close to the most popular urban beaches such as Lo Squalo, Pellicano and Mare e Rocce, all accessible in just a few minutes. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Nearby you’ll find beach bars, restaurants, seafront kiosks and small convenience stores.

Within a ten-minute drive you can reach some of the most renowned beaches of Golfo Aranci, including Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, a natural area home to a stable dolphin colony.

THINGS TO KNOW

Payments and security deposit

Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation will be placed on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released after departure release times depend on the issuing bank. In the event of damagesrule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.

Tourist tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking details

Essential services for short-term stays — final cleaning and the initial linen set — are provided by specialised external companies related costs are borne by the Guest.

Online check-in and contract

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in procedure via our dedicated portal by uploading identity documents and selfies. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed it is issued in Italian and provided with an English courtesy translation before arrival.

Key collection

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Guests are kindly asked to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
