If you are looking for a perfect base away from the hustle and bustle to discover what the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges have to offer, within a short distance to cafes, pub, reserves and trails, somewhere affordable and comfortable, look no further!
The semi self-contained, motel style accommodation room with foyer access, is located on a working Permaculture Farm. There are beautiful views of surrounding farmland and mountains ranges from the property.
The suite offers a freshly painted, clean, comfortable room including a queen size bed, kitchenette area with kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster and private ensuite (shower, basin & toilet).
Smart TV, Netflix and free Wifi for your convenience. There is also a desk/study area.
Self check in provides contactless access, there is free parking on site.
Coffee, tea, milk & sugar are all provided
All linen, bedding and towels are provided.
Please note: Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is anytime prior to 11am, we are unable to provide later check outs.
Other things to note: Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat & tidy state, including dishes washed, used towels placed in laundry, fridge empty, rubbish in bin bags and personal items removed. This will ensure the property can be prepared and cleaned for the next guest by our attending cleaner.

This property offers a unique and tranquil experience while being within reach of a major city. The room was well equipped with all amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Although the property was full during our stay, we had a very pleasant and peaceful experience.The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during the booking process as well as during our stay. Would definitely recommend for the young, old and families.

The property sent through clear instructions to make finding the place and self check-in straight forward. A small lit up sign on the road would make it even easier for future guests or those arriving after dark, but we found it using the instructions regardless.The location is fantastic, tucked away with a feeling of total escape yet just a short drive away from wineries, eateries, supermarkets etc if needed. This was also a great springboard to access some of the best walks in the region, we spent one day exploring black spur drive and Marysville. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were well though through and for the most part we had everything we needed. The only thing we couldn't find was a wifi password or a hair dryer, but as we were there for a short stay we didn't reach out to request these so they may be available if you ask.I would certainly recommend the place to anyone wanting to explore the Yarra ranges, and would happily stay again.
