This property includes a five-bedroom house, as well as a gorgeously landscaped backyard with a private pool, jacuzzi (spa) with an abundance of room for tanning, a free-standing (gas) grill, and outdoor showers and seating lounge and dining (for 6). You'll entertain with ease in the sun-lit living space, dining areas, and well-equipped kitchen. Stylish and modern décor gives this home a warm and inviting feel. The walls of windows and sliding glass doors provide ample natural light for the family room, dining area, kitchen, and views of the sparkling pool. Plus, the kitchen opens to the family room and comes fully equipped with new appliances, a large island, and abundant counter prep space for cooking and conversation.
LOCATION: Perfectly close by tennis and golf tournament as well as Coachella Valley, 10 minute drive from Palm Desert with all high end luxury retail stores. Minutes away from Old La Quinta, and all shopping needs, including COSTCO.
KITCHEN: Huge gourmet “chef’" kitchen with all the cooking utensils/supplies one would need to cook for a crowd.

SEATING: Elegant and very functional dining table, as well as counter-top seating. Dining room seats 8, as well as an additional 8 seats in the kitchen nook.
GREAT ROOM: The spacious living room in this villa provides large comfortable sofas and large sectional in the family room, a large screen TV.
LAUNDRY ROOM: includes washer/dryer, iron with ironing board.
After a night spent gathered around the 85-inch TV, you'll have your choice of five spacious bedrooms.
ELEGANT PRIMARY SUITE includes a very elegantly decorated luxurious King bed and TV. Enter the “ensuite” primary bathroom to pure luxury! It includes a separate “His/Her” vanity , shower and a separately enclosed toilet room. This primary room is peaceful, calming and luxurious, with everything at your fingertips!
THE SECOND BEDROOM: King Bed with TV.
THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH BEDROOMS are outfitted with a queen-size beds and TVs.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING: There is a patio covered gorgeous and comfortable lounging area with a large dining table. Outdoor Free standing gas BBQ Grill.
POOL & SPA: Our large and refreshing pool is just delightful any time of the year!
SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house. Outside use ashtrays.
PARKING: 4 cars will fit in the garage and driveway, depends on their size. Street parking is not-permitted, please respect the neighbors.
POOL RULES: The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100/ night(for each night of your stay). Arrangements must be made within 10 hours of check-in. Pool heating is controlled via remote by owner, please make arrangement prior to arrival. Spa can be heated up to 100 degrees with $25/daily (on demand only and must be turned off after use)
CHECKOUT: Guest check-out time is 12pm.For the late check-out contact with the host. All lights must be turned off. All trash from the house must be taken out to the outdoor garbage cans. If you could start pool towels and start the dishwasher Close and Lock all windows and doors. Thank you so much, we look forward hosting you.
Other things to note,
if you are interested in pool heating please let us know and summit a payment 24 hours prior, as it takes time to heat the pool.
Please be aware that the desert can be windy. Kindly remember to close the umbrella when you're finished using it to prevent it from being blown away, avoid being damage or injury.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and had a great time. The house is spacious, well maintained and clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for stays in the desert. Very nice!

We were very happy with this property that we booked for our month holiday in Palm Springs. It was clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was private, quiet, and had lots of comfortable seating for our family of 9. We enjoyed the pool and SPA and would book this property again. The owner was great to communicate with and responded quickly to an inquiries we had. Great holiday property!!
