The apt building is a 10-minute walk to Burlington GO. 7-10 mins away from shopping malls. 30-minute drive to Toronto and Niagara Falls.

- Replacement fees will apply for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If pets accompany you, please pick up after them.
- Please be aware that all outdoor areas are monitored by surveillance.
Note: We have landscaping contractors who will be at the property weekly.
The cleaning fee you're paying goes 100% to our cleaners and we believe in paying them a fair wage
