You’re also welcome to bring a small dog or 1–2 cats—we call them “Mietzis.” The necessary accommodations are provided. The terrace fencing is safe and secure. We’ll discuss any additional costs with you, including expenses for litter boxes. VILLA XADAYU—because four tomcats and one “Mietzi” rule the roost here outside the vacation rental: Xavier, Dario, Merci, Yuri, and Ilja. They live exclusively indoors in our private apartment.
Guests with limited mobility are warmly welcome. The vacation rental has wheelchair-accessible entry and is fully wheelchair-accessible.
Free, secure parking spaces for cars and bicycles in our private parking lot.
South-facing terrace measuring 36 m², with shade provided by 2 awnings.
Very spacious dining area plus living area with an open fireplace.
Minimum stay of three days/nights. Also suitable for short getaways.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES FOR FINAL CLEANING.
Guided tours of the World Heritage Island are available by appointment. You can purchase Reichenau vegetables at affordable prices directly from the producer.
Upon request, our guesthouse offers personalized consultations with a breathing and voice therapist who can also assist with lymphatic or fascial issues or guide you through relaxation therapies.
